Answers before you choose a plan.

01 What’s included in a typical project kickoff?

Every engagement opens with a working session rather than a hand-off. We settle the brief, the audience and the one decision the work has to serve, then agree on deliverables, a milestone schedule and a named lead. You leave with a written scope, the board we both work from, and the first review date on the calendar.

02 Can we mix project and retainer work?

Yes. Many clients start with a Starter project to shape direction, then move into Growth for ongoing campaigns. Partner is available when you need a dedicated squad embedded with your team — we map the handoff so nothing is rebuilt twice.

03 How do revisions and turnaround times work?

Starter includes two focused rounds, and each deliverable is sent as one considered pass instead of a drip of half-finished files, so notes arrive together and never reopen a decision we already closed. Growth and Partner run on priority turnaround, with most requests landing within two working days.

04 Do unused hours roll over on the Growth plan?

Hours do not roll over — the studio time is reserved for you whether or not it is used, which is what keeps the queue short. The work itself does carry: anything still in the queue keeps its place, and we flag whatever will not fit before the month closes rather than letting it stack up.

05 What happens if our scope changes mid-project?

Scope changes are normal, so we price them instead of arguing about them. Your lead writes a short change note with the impact on the schedule and the fee, you approve it in writing, and the difference is folded into the next invoice. Nothing is quietly absorbed into the budget, so the final number never surprises anyone.

06 Do you work with in-house product teams?

Yes, and it is one of our favourite ways to work. Partner embeds a small squad across product, brand and motion beside your team, with shared standups, a shared roadmap and design QA alongside your engineers. Your team keeps ownership of the product; we bring the senior craft and the spare capacity.

07 How do payments and invoicing work?

Starter invoices half to book the sprint and the balance on delivery. Growth is billed monthly in advance and Partner quarterly against agreed capacity. Every invoice lists the milestone or the month it covers together with the hours behind it, and payment is due within fourteen days by bank transfer.
