Terms and conditions

The rules that apply when you browse this website or work with the studio.

These terms and conditions describe how you may use the Rasuke website and how we work with clients. By browsing this site or commissioning a project you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you continue.

Using this site

The website is published to present our studio, our work and the services we offer. You may read, share and link to these pages freely.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to reach areas that are not public, or copy the design and content in a way that suggests they belong to someone else.

  • Keep the pages intact when you quote or screenshot them.
  • Credit the studio when you republish a project image.
  • Ask us first before mirroring the site on another domain.

Services and proposals

Every project begins with a written proposal that sets the scope, the deliverables, the schedule and the fee. That proposal, once accepted in writing, forms the agreement between you and the studio.

Anything not listed in the proposal is out of scope. Additional work is quoted separately before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Fees and payment

Projects are billed in milestones. The first invoice is due before work begins, and the final invoice is due on delivery.

Invoices are payable within fourteen days. Where payment is overdue we may pause the work until the balance is settled, and the schedule moves accordingly.

  • Fifty percent on signature of the proposal.
  • The remaining balance on handover of the approved deliverables.
  • Third-party costs — fonts, stock, hosting — are billed at cost.

Intellectual property

We keep ownership of the concepts, working files and tools we use while designing. On full payment, ownership of the approved final deliverables transfers to you.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social channels with a credit to the studio.

Materials you provide

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and any other material you send us, and for holding the rights to use them.

We are not liable for claims that arise from material you supplied, and we may remove any asset from the site or the project if a rights holder raises an objection.

Third-party links and tools

Some pages link to services we do not operate, such as social platforms, fonts and hosting providers. Those services follow their own terms.

We choose our partners carefully, but we cannot guarantee how a third-party service behaves or how long it stays available.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that a website will be uninterrupted, error free, or ranked in a particular position by a search engine.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the work that gave rise to it.

Privacy

We only collect the details you choose to send us through the contact form, by email or by phone, and we use them to answer your enquiry and run the project.

We do not sell personal data. Analytics, where enabled, are aggregated and are used to understand how the site is read.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the studio or the law changes. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the version in force.

Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio is registered. Any dispute is handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
